About the Event

The CREID Self Storage Mixer is a purpose-built networking event for the self storage industry in Southwest Missouri. Whether you own one facility or a portfolio, are looking to break into the asset class, or provide products and services to storage operators — this mixer is built for you.

Self storage has become one of the most sought-after asset classes in commercial real estate for good reason — low overhead, recession resilience, and strong demand across the Springfield, Branson, and Table Rock Lake markets. This event brings together the people building and operating in this space to share knowledge, make introductions, and create opportunities.

CREID hosted its first Self Storage Mixer in September 2025 at 4 By 4 Brewing Company in Nixa, drawing 75+ attendees from across the region. The response was clear: this market wants a dedicated space to connect. We’re bringing it back in 2026 — bigger and more focused.
