Our Mission

"We are a group of like-minded people sharing knowledge about investing in commercial real estate to identify opportunities for community development and wealth creation and preservation in Southwest Missouri."

CREID — Commercial Real Estate Investment Discussions — was created for one reason: the Southwest Missouri market deserves a dedicated space where people can learn from each other, share real deals, and build the kind of relationships that lead to real community development.

We focus on the Branson, Table Rock Lake, and Springfield corridor — a region full of opportunity for investors who know where to look and how to evaluate what they find.

The best real estate moves rarely happen in isolation. They happen when experienced operators talk openly, when someone breaks down a real deal in front of the room, and when a first-timer hears something that changes how they see this market. CREID is built on that exchange — monthly, in person, in Southwest Missouri.

What to Expect

Every second Thursday, we gather at the Sunshine Event Center in Springfield. The evening starts with Happy Hour — a free, open-to-the-public networking event from 5 to 6 PM. Half-price drinks, some food, and genuinely good conversation about the local market.

At 6 PM, those who want to go deeper transition into the monthly meeting — a structured program of opening discussions, panel presentations, and audience Q&A that runs until 8 PM.

There's no requirement to stay for the meeting. Happy Hour stands on its own. But if you want to hear from experienced operators, analyze a deal together, or ask the questions you've been sitting on — the meeting is where that happens.
