The first CREID Self Storage Mixer took place in September 2025 at 4 By 4 Brewing Company in Nixa, Missouri. What started as a targeted experiment — a networking event specifically for the self storage industry in Southwest Missouri — turned into something the community immediately wanted again.
Over 75 attendees showed up: self storage owners and operators from across the region, investors looking to enter the asset class, developers, lenders, and service providers. The conversations were focused, the connections were real, and the feedback was unanimous — keep doing this.
